Managing your IT and IT partners can sometime be an unwanted distraction. Yet, employing someone to mange this on a full time may not be the answer. At My CTO we provide this service for you on a part time basis, freeing up your time to concentrate on the areas of your business which are profitable. You will receive the benefit of an IT expert within your business at a fraction of the cost compared with normal employment costs.
The service can be provided on a per project basis, as and when you need us, or by a contract arrangement. Your requirements are reviewed on a quarterly basis to ensure that you are benefiting the service in its current format and adjusted accordingly.
Prices start from £45.00 per hour with an average requirement of 3 – 4 hours per month.
It’s time to re-evaluate your current IT Support partner and want assistance in managing this process from start to finish. We will establish your requirements via discovery meetings, gaining an understanding of how your business is structured and what you and your team require from your IT partner. We are then able to create a request for proposal (RFP) to issue to selected IT companies. We then select from a pool of suitable IT companies from our database of IT Support companies in London and match their capabilities to your RFP. We can usually match between three and five companies to invite to tender at this stage. We will send out the RFP based on your specific requirements with a view to narrowing down the field.
Once we are happy with maybe two to three of the proposals, we can progress to either a virtual or on site visit to your offices to quiz the providers in more depth.
Once a decision is made, My CTO will manage the transition process from old to new IT support partner for a smooth changeover.
